Amazing 5G Outdoor CPE Aurora C082

Jordan was preparing to introduce the 5th generation cellular network (5G) since September 2021, the International Mobile Network Association estimated that 1.7 billion subscribers are expected to use 5G networks by 2025.

This step was considered a positive move due to the benefits and advanced features of the 5G technology. Starting from 2023, Aurora Tech was tasked to prepare 5G FWA device samples including 5G Outdoor CPE Aurora O2 Pro, 5G Indoor CPE Aurora C150, 5G MiFi Aurora M46Q and IDU AU30 for Umniah, the leading operator who obtained 5G mobile services license in same year, upgrading its existing 4G network.

In 2024, Umniah is planning to deploy 5G Outdoor CPE to serve their clients. There are so many customized requirements on function, Aurora Tech's R&D (Research and Experimental Development) team responded quickly , finally Umniah issued Testing Apporal on 5G Outdoor CPE, Aurora O2 Pro as the first phase of the roll-out.

Back in the months integration, TR069 was the first testing item. Aurora Tech already has  wealth of experience to develop TR069 on their device because of the plenty of successful cases with STC,Omantel and etc. All the parameter of TR069 were realized in a quick way. The second part of testing item come from Umniah's core team and security team, like UI customization, CQI configuration, lock band and etc, total more than 120 testing items.

It was a big challenge for Aurora Tech to realize these functions? With strong R&D ability, the testing proceeded smoothly, now all Aurora devices are on the schedule to be installed and show specialties in Jordan 5G network activities.

Aurora Tech's 5G FWA (fixed wireless access) Devices is contributing to achieving digital transformation, as 5G will have a great impact on various operations, especially in the realm of the 5G + IoT (Internet of Things). 

Besides Umniah, Aurora Tech is keep moving to other operators like Orange and Zain Jordan based on their professional scenario adaptation capability.
