The telecommunications sector in Bahrain is vibrant and progressive. By ensuring it is competitive and adaptable to telecom market dynamics, since 2019 Bahrain attempted to drive further growth.
There are 3 major telecoms operators include Batelco, STC Bahrain and Zain Bahrain. With rich experiences in KSA and Oman, Aurora Tech's footprints are also being extended to Bahrain. In the year of 2023, STC Bahrain planned to explore Smart Home business.
Aurora Tech was selected to conduct POC on convergent management model of 5G FWA CPE, IP Camera ,Zigbee IoT gateway and other Smart Home devices. Together with STC Bahrain, our Smart Home Kit includes Indoor Camera, Outdoor Camera, Smart Home Gateway and Smart Switch as the first trial Kit has passed POC and ready for commercial promotion.
AuroraLinks UMP ( Unified Management Platform ) provided an efficient ,agile, and reliable convergent monitoring and controlling functions via web and APP.
Aurora team continually support STC Bahrain's technical team, with months integration, finally the open, unified and module-deployed platform was successfully installed on STC Bahrain's network.
Beside AuroraLinks UMP, in Bahrain, Batelco is also conducting intensive tests on Aurora's 5G Indoor CPE, Aurora C082. Batelco poised for growth with 5G networks in place and a high mobile subscriber penetration paving the way for adoption, this is exactly what Aurora 5G CPE's strength at.
